New non-premium rate numbers to contact ANTAI
Since 1 January 2021, all ANTAI numbers have been replaced by non-premium rate numbers (free service + cost of a local call) accessible in mainland France and the French overseas departments.
Do you have a question about speed cameras, electronic records of offence (PVe), fine notices (AFD), post-parking fixed fees (FPS) or online procedures? You can now call:
- 0806 606 606 (cost of a local call) for automated traffic enforcement
- 0806 609 625 (cost of a local call) for electronic records of offence (PVe)
- 0806 607 145 (cost of a local call) for post-parking fixed fees (FPS)
- 0806 605 381 (cost of a local call) for fine notices (AFD)
The call centre can be reached on Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 6.30pm and on Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
To avoid call queues, phone on Thursdays or Fridays or after 4:30pm from Monday to Friday.
Note: People who live outside France should call +33 177 686 611 and select their preferred language: English, Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch.
